Welcome to our dumpster rental service in Asheville, NC. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a rental, you agree to the following Terms of Use. 1. Use of Our Services

Our website and dumpster rental services are intended for lawful use by individuals and businesses located in or operating within Asheville, NC and surrounding areas. By accessing this site or booking a rental, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into a service agreement
  • The information you provide during booking (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete
  • You will use the dumpster only for its intended purpose – legal waste disposal
  • You will not use this website or service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • You understand that misuse of the service may result in cancellation without refund and additional charges

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior toward our team.

2. Rental Terms & Payments

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment or a deposit is received. The following terms apply to every booking.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on container size, rental duration, and the type of debris being disposed of. Starting prices are listed below – final quotes may vary depending on your specific project needs.

Overage charges: If the weight of your debris exceeds the included tonnage for your container size, additional per-ton fees will apply. We will always notify you before charging any overage

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of booking or as agreed upon during your call with our team
  • We accept major credit and debit cards. Cash payments may be accepted – confirm when you call
  • The rental period begins on the confirmed drop-off date and ends on the scheduled pickup date
  • Extended rentals :must be requested before your original rental period ends – additional daily or weekly rates apply
  • Invoices are provided upon request for contractors and business clients

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled drop-off are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of drop-off may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental cost
  • Same-day cancellations after the dumpster has been dispatched are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling requests made in advance are accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability

3. Customer Responsibilities & Liability

When you rent a dumpster, you take on responsibility for the container while it is on your property. Please review the following carefully.

Your Responsibilities

Provide a safe, accessible drop-off location – clear of vehicles, low-hanging wires, and obstructions

  • Do not overfill the container – debris must not exceed the fill line. Overloaded containers cannot be safely transported and will require unloading at your cost
  • Protect your surface – we take care placing containers, but you are responsible for plywood or protective boards if needed under the container
  • Secure the area – ensure the dumpster is not accessed or filled by third parties during your rental period

Obtain any required permits – if the container will be placed on a public street or right-of-way in Asheville, a permit from the city may be required. It is your responsibility to obtain.

Prohibited Materials

The following items are strictly prohibited and may not be placed in any of our containers:

  • Hazardous materials – paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, pesticides
  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
  • Tires, batteries, or automotive fluids
  • Medical or biohazardous waste
  • Electronics (e-waste) – TVs, computers, monitors
  • Propane tanks or any pressurized containers
  • Flammable or explosive materials of any kind

Damage to the Container 

Normal wear is expected. However, customers are liable for damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper filling, or placement in an unsafe location. Any repair costs beyond normal wear will be invoiced after pickup.

4. Force Majeure

We are committed to on-time delivery and pickup. However, we are not liable for delays or failure to perform our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather events – heavy snow, ice storms, flooding, or other Asheville mountain weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or acts of God
  • Road closures, government restrictions, or emergency declarations
  • Equipment failure or supply chain disruptions beyond our control
  • Pandemic, public health emergencies, or other extraordinary events

In any force majeure situation, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no additional charge. Your rental period will be adjusted accordingly – you will not be penalized for delays caused by events outside our control.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to it.
